OUR FOUNDER
The Wooden Hub is the brainchild of Heidi Wooden, an accomplished and sought after Global Marketing and Business Executive with 18 years of experience in the Financial Services, Software & Technology, and Professional Services market sectors. A fan of innovation, she founded The Wooden Hub to provide best practices-based, growth strategy solutions and ROI marketing services for Professional Services firms.
With a commitment to excellence in service, Ms. Wooden is responsible for formulating and executing metric-based strategies that yield measurable results. Her roots in Marketing, Sales, Meeting Facilitation, Event Management, and Business Strategy at leading name brand companies and start-up firms have served her well, giving Ms. Wooden a unique ability to comprehend the challenges companies like yours face, and the skills to uncover business growth opportunities.
Ms. Wooden received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University, Columbia Business School.
Ms. Wooden provides charitable support to New York Cares and God's Love We Deliver, and she is a former Board Manager for the YMCA of San Francisco.

Green Silk Associates is lead by Deb Seidman, a consultancy that provides solutions in change management, group facilitation, organization design, and HR process improvement. Ms. Seidman has over 25 years experience as a consultant and internal HR manager in global organizations, and she brings extensive expertise that includes: performance management, talent management, and team effectiveness.
Ms. Seidman has been a consultant with the Korn Consulting Group and Organization Resources Counselors, Inc. For over 18 years at JPMorgan Chase –in both the Investment Bank and Retail businesses- Ms. Seidman served in several roles including VP of Leadership and Organization Development in JPMC’s Retail Services and in its Investment Bank, VP of Performance Management for JP Morgan, and Senior HR generalist roles for Technology and Global Credit divisions. Prior to joining JPMorgan, Ms. Seidman worked for the International Labour Office, a specialized agency of the UN, in Geneva, Switzerland.
Ms. Seidman holds an M.A. from New York University in Politics with a concentration in International Politics and Busines and a B. S. from Cornell University in Industrial and Labor Relations.
